Fairly clean and homely place and the breakfast was hearty. There were comfy beds and an iron/ironing board, a coffee/tea maker, and TV in the suite. And it was great-sized, the bathroom - good-sized. The location was magnificent and the staff was extremely friendly during the whole stay! The airport was 0.5 km away.

The best part were the amiable and excellent staff. The room was nicely furnished and it had shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets, that's cool. The English breakfast was warm, the best I've had.
Facilities were really good, nevertheless Wi-Fi was very poor.

I truly enjoyed the room with modern bathroom. The employees were lovely. The location turned out to be great, right by the south pier and pleasure beach. Also, Madame Tussauds Blackpool Wax Museum was 1 km away, I could even walk there.

My wife and I greatly enjoyed being there. Rooms with comfy bed had a family atmosphere. The breakfast was fresh, the personnel was incredible. The location was perfect and nice in a relaxing area, close enough to a handy tram system which runs the length of the beach as well as South and Central piers. Also, Saint Mary's Cathedral was placed nearby.
